How Do I Prepare My Roster in STP?

Crossroads requires that you provide a check in form from Sign Up To Play in order to play. The form has some vital information that must be present in order for the form to be valid. Most of this information revolves around the roster, so building your roster is critical. Let's take a look at what you need to do to prepare your roster!

A complete roster must have players of the appropriate age, those players must have correct jersey numbers, and there must be at least one IMPACT-certified coach. So how do you add players? Read on...

After logging in to Sign Up To Play using your club director log in information:

  1. Click on the "Teams" link on the right side of the screen.
  2. Select the team whose roster you want to update by clicking on it.
  3. Click on the grey "Players" button near the top left of the screen. A window will pop up that will allow you to add players from a list of eligible players or remove players from the present roster.
  4. To remove players from the present roster click the "Remove" check box next to their names. When you are finished selecting players, scroll back to the top of the window and click the grey "Update Roster" button.
  5. To add players, click the check box next to their names. When you are finished selecting players, scroll back to the top of the window and click the grey "Update Roster" button.
  6. The window should close and your updated roster should now appear in the original window. If it does not, click the grey "Rebuild" button.

Stay and Play Comp Policy Update

When Crossroads announced the competition dates, we also announced our new hotel comp policy as a part of the Stay and Play policy. With so many teams already registered and more teams registering each day, we want to give you an update on how that comp policy is benefiting you.

In past years, Crossroads has given away many comp rooms unbeknownst to most people. Upon check out, if they were to carefully review their hotel bill, the lucky party would find that they would be paying less than they had originally planned. During the past three years of the tournament, Crossroads gave away $50,277 worth of hotel rooms.

This year, with the new comp policy, Crossroads is already scheduled to give away over $132,000 in comped hotel rooms (if all of the rooms that have been booked are actually used). That number is bound to increase as more teams continue to book rooms.
