How Do I Know If My Team Is In?

You can check to see if your team has been accepted into Crossroads by following the directions below.

1. Log in to Sign Up To Play using your club director log in.
2. Click the "Enter Events" link on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the event you wish to check.
4. You will see a list of the teams that you have registered for the event. The far right hand column of that list is "Accepted". If there is a "yes" in that column then your team has a spot in the event.

Teams are accepted into the tournament on a near-daily basis, so keep checking. If you have accepted your housing contract, paid your entry fee, and submitted your registration form but your team has not been accepted, please contact us to check your status.

Only two teams will be accepted per club per division prior to February 1st. After February 1st, teams will be accepted at the discretion of the tournament director.

When Should I Schedule My Return Flight?

If you are flying out of Denver at the conclusion of the tournament, you are probably concerned about what time you can leave. Take the following information into consideration when booking your flights.

Final matches on most courts are scheduled for 2:00 pm. BE AWARE, however, that many courts run late on the 3rd Day, and there are severe penalties if you forfeit a match in a Gold Medal round. (See USAV's Qualifier Manual for particulars.)

It has been our experience that most courts will run close to on time but we cannot guarantee that will be the case for you. Also, plan on close to a 45-minute drive to the airport.
