Announcing 2010 Dates!

The Colorado Crossroads Junior National Qualifier and Select and Boys Tournament are proud to announce event dates for 2010. Please note that both these weekends are a Saturday, Sunday, Monday play schedule.

Junior National Qualifier

February 27-March 1	12 Club, 13 Club, 14 Club, 14 Open, 15 Club, 16 Club
March 6-8	15 Open, 16 Open, 17 Club, 17 Open, 18 Club, 18 Open

Crossroads Select and Boys Tournaments

February 27-March 1	13/14 Select, 15/16 Select

Tournament registration (via Sign Up To Play) will open on Oct. 15, 2009 at 10:00 am MDT.

As in the past, all courts will be at the Colorado Convention Complex at 700 14th Street in downtown Denver.  We anticipate we will have more than 1000 teams at Crossroads this year. We will publish all the requirements for registering for the tournament in a Crossroads Connections newsletter and on our web page at www.coloradocrossroads.org within the next week or so.

We will continue the Stay and Play hotel use policy we instituted in 2009, using THS as our housing reservation management company.  We will publish the specific terms of the Stay and Play policy in a Crossroads Connections newsletter and on our web page at www.coloradocrossroads.org within the next week or so.

Wondering how much the tournament will cost? The answer is... the same as last year! Colorado Crossroads is excited to provide the same outstanding tournament experience for the same price. Entry fee for the Junior National Qualifier will be $765 and the entry fee for the Select Tournament will be $665.

Housing Information

NEW this year is a 1/15 room nights paid comp policy for teams. For every 15 room nights actually used, a team will be awarded one comp room night (the 16th night) at hotels other than the two headquarter hotels (the Hyatt Regency and the Downtown Sheraton). Parent rooms may be counted for this comp award.

Before our list of Approved Hotels is finalized, we want to give every team and club the opportunity to suggest hotels or hotel types that suit their needs. If you have any suggestions of hotels you would like to see on our list, feel free to let us know. We welcome your input. To suggest a hotel or property, please download and submit the suggestion form to Krystle Thomas (krystle@thsweb.com) by September 18, 2009. We will certainly try to add suggested hotels, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to add specific properties.

The THS web site will open for booking Crossroads hotels on October 15, 2009 at 10 am MDT. (We will not be taking reservation requests before this date.) Look for additional information on our web page at www.coloradocrossroads.org.
