Who Were Those Women?

Did you notice the net that was lower than all the others in the convention center? (The 12's courts don't count; we're talking a lot lower.) Near the vendor area and the 12's courts is the adaptive court, where the U.S. Women’s Sitting Volleyball Team has been practicing this weekend. The team recently finished fifth at the 2006 Sitting Volleyball World Championships. The team took time out of its schedule to sign autographs in between their practice sessions. Important Reminders

• There will be a baggage check area on Sunday from 7 am until 4 pm in the Lower F Lobby to allow you to check out of your hotel and bring your bags with you to the convention center. At $2 per bag, its cheaper than holding a hotel room...
• Referees are required to have the winning team's coach sign the score sheet after the completion of the match. Please remember to take 30 seconds immediately after the match to sign the score sheet.
