The Check-In Form: A Step-By-Step
1. In order to print out your official check-in form, you will need to follow these steps after logging in to signuptoplay.com
2.Click on the "Enter Events" link found in the left hand column from the home page.
3. You will be shown a list of different events that your teams have entered. Choose the appropriate tournament for the team you wish to check in.
4. You will see a list of the different teams that are entered into that particular event. Click on the team you wish to check in.
5. The current roster for that team will appear. If no roster appears, click the "Rebuild Roster" button that is found near the upper right.
6.Check the roster to be sure that all players and coaches are present and have a USAV number.
7.Click the "Check-In Form" button found near the upper right. A pop-up window should appear and it should contain a barcode in the upper right. Print this page and bring it with you for check in. We will be using the barcode to check your team. If you are using Firefox as your browser, the barcode image may not appear. You will need to use a different web browser in order to print the form with the barcode.
8. Repeat this process for all teams that you will check in. You will need to have a separate form for each team that you want to check in .
TICKETS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION
This year Crossroads will require EACH PERSON entering the event (even babies) to have a TICKET for admission.
1. The Tickets are FREE.
2. Each ticket has a bar code that is good for three days admission (but can be scanned only once a day). Re-entry is by hand stamp each day.
3 . The tickets can be printed from the internet, just like an airline boarding pass. You need to print your tickets BEFORE arriving at the event. Information collected will be kept private, per our Privacy Policy.
4 . One person can print tickets for up to 10 people, but each person admitted must have a separate ticket.
5. The ticket has a court map printed on it, so you can find your way around the event easily
6 . Inside the event, the ticket can be scanned to show where your favorite teams (up to four) are playing.
7 . The Ticket Printing Program also allows you to sign up for text messaging alerts on your favorite teams (up to four).
8. Players in uniform admitted without ticket; coaches and chaperones will be wrist banded for unlimited entries. Separate entrance door for teams.
