No Shout-Out Is Big Enough For What They Do For Us!
There are two men that are almost invisible to all of you who come to Crossroads to play or watch but they are indispensible to all of us who work the event. They are the "first ones in, last ones out" every day of the tournament and several days before and after competition. Two days before play begins, they are at the convention center preparing the place to be converted into a hotbed of club volleyball.

During the event, they are the guys who show up when Maui Wowie is splattered on your court or when your net isn't high enough. They are the guys who find the courts that have water on them and find a place to move the teams so that they can keep playing. After everyone goes home, they are still there, supervising the nightly floor mopping operation. When the tournament is over this Sunday, they will be back in charge of the grand dismantling to bring the convention center back to the "before" picture above. Skip Roslund and Cody VanArsdale, know that across the country thousands of people are giving you a quiet ovation for all your work. Thanks.
