Coaches and Club Directors Must Enter Results
These instructions apply to all paid teams - accepted and waiting list.
Please enter competition results into STP by March 1 for Week 1 and by March 8 for Week 2 for seeding. The results must be accurate and complete. If your results are not accurate and complete, your seed will be negatively affected.
This tournament will be seeded using a computer seeding program. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you enter the correct 11 character team code for each team you play. (Check with your local Region to obtain codes for other teams.) If you do not enter the correct team codes for your opponents, that match will be ignored by the seeding program.
The seeding program looks at region strength, club strength and win/loss record, both against teams in the Crossroads fields, and older or younger opponents. Therefore, you MUST enter all results, not just those from your age division.
If you do not enter any results, your team will be seeded at the bottom. There is no appeal from this....no results means a low seed regardless of how good the reason is that you have no results. There is no way to adjust the program to recognize statements about why you don't have results.
Finally, submitting incomplete or false results is considered the same as submitting a falsified registration and is subject to USAV disciplinary actions. The seeding program will highlight teams that do not enter results that other teams enter.
Here are quick instructions on how to enter results in STP:
1. Log on to your account in signuptoplay.com
2. Select "TEAMS"
3. Select your team you want to add results for.
4. Select "RESULTS"
5. Select "ADD A MATCH." Fill in the fields.
6. Enter only MATCH wins/losses. Do not enter individual game wins/losses.
Please do not call or email us to ask if we received your information. If you see it on the screen, it is there for us to see as well. We will not respond to requests to confirm we received your results.
Another Sign Up To Play "To-Do"
After entering your results, be sure to check that your roster is correct and rebuild your roster for Crossroads. To do this, log on to STP, select "Enter Events", choose the appropriate tournament, choose the appropriate team, and click "Rebuild Roster" at the top right of the screen.
IMPACT CLINIC
We are hosting an Impact Clinic on Friday, March 10 and on Thursday, March 15 at the Denver Convention Complex. Anyone who wants to get Impact certified may attend, regardless of which region you are from. The clinic is in Room 706, starting at 7:00 pm. The cost is $40 if you pre-register on Sign Up To Play or $60 if you register at the door. Sign up Now!!!
